
Warren Hoffman – Chapter President
Warren Hoffman is currently president of the North Jersey PDCA.
He has been a member of the painting community for 28 years and
Owner of Hoffman Interior Painting, a residential firm, serving the greater
Essex County Area. His previous areas of employment have been in
social work, facility management and maintenance. For enjoyment, pursuing
community volunteer work and activities within and outside of the PDCA,
health and wellness, reading, travel and spending valuable time with his
wife and 2 daughters makes for a balanced life.
The PDCA formula for business growth – planning, marketing, customer service and the countless business resources available has tempered a heavily weighted craftsmanship style approach to the trade with a viable business model.
He genuinely respects and appreciates the many challenges and rewards facing
Today’s painting contractor and looks forward to the continuing dialogue.

Tobi Indyke – Chapter Vice President

Her repertoire includes a host of artistic solutions: Venetian plaster, glazing, faux bois, inlay, gold leaf, fresco, encaustic, painted furniture, stencils, and murals. Tobi received a bachelor’s degree in fine art at RIT. She is a seasoned decorative artist with years of experience as an art director. Periwinkle Skies works with sustainable plasters, waxes, paints and colorants. Tobi’s work has been featured in Design NJ (fall of 2001 edition), Star Ledger (April 26, 2001, decorating supplement), Morristown Mansion in May at Ellerslea, Art review (for her painting on canvas in Princeton, 2007), Modello by Design book (2008 edition), Morristown Mansion in May at Fawn Hill Farm.

Dave graduated from Rutgers University with degree in Business Management and Labor Relations. Dave has completed a full course through the Presidents Club of the Sandler Sales System, is aligned with a second generation mastermind group with SoundBoard Consulting and a National Peer Group of Commercial and Industrial Painting Contractors.
Dave Scaturro currently acts as the Sales and Marketing Director for Alpine Painting and Sandblasting Contractors where he supports a team of 8 sales professionals. He has been a member of the PDCA for over 10 years and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Emerging Leaders Program, he is on the leadership committee of the North Jersey PDCA and he is a member of the PDCA Commercial Forum.

As of 2009, Marc has taken over ownership of EDP Painting and Decorating.
Marc handles all operations of the business and is responsible for increasing the
development of total sales for EDP Painting Company. In addition, Marc oversee’s
all projects and assists with the companies marketing and advertising programs.
He handles all estimates and proposals, as well as, strategically budgets all
materials and equipment for each project. Marc graduated from Fairleigh
Dickinson University with a Business Management Degree and has been with EDP
Painting since 2002.

Richard P. Lauretta has been in the painting industry for 25 years. He founded Spectrum Painting & Paper Hanging, LLC, in 1989 on the principles of integrity and exceptional customer service. Rich served as President of the North Jersey Chapter of the PDCA from 2007- 2008, and continues to be an active member of the North Jersey PDCA, currently serving as the Golf Outing Chairperson. Spectrum Painting has been an Accredited Business Contractor with the Better Business Bureau for over 20 years.
Always looking to expand his knowledge, Rich will complete his accreditation in the PDCA Contractor College in 2012 and is a client of Nolan Summit Services and Rivers of Revenue consulting groups. Rich is especially proud to acknowledge that Spectrum Painting was recently inducted into the Summit Services Million Dollar Club for 2011, as well as receiving the prestigious Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2011.
